Pedro is amazing. We came in for a different mattress and Pedro guided us based on BMI, size, quality, structure of the mattress, and materials. It was incredible. I originally went to the mattress store in Mizner and then stopped by City Mattress. The City Mattress store was much better. They had a very large selection and higher end mattresses (as well as lower end models if that’s what you are looking for). Pedro was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you go I would ask for him.
I had a wonderful experience at City Mattress in East Boca Raton. The salesperson, Lori Bennett, was truly exceptional—professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had a million questions and visited the store over several weeks, laying on just about every mattress there was, and not once did I feel rushed, pressured, or like I was being annoying (even though I probably was!). Lori was endlessly patient and genuinely just wanted me to be happy with my choice. Her follow-through was amazing from start to finish, and I am thrilled with my purchase. I have ongoing back pain and a knee injury, and have spent years up all night, tossing and turning on my old mattress. I ultimately chose an Aireloom Streamline firm, and I can honestly say I haven’t slept this well in over a decade. A special thank you as well to Seth Weinstein, whose top priority was making sure I ended up with the mattress of my dreams. First things first. Mattress City has a vast array of mattresses and bedding selections, and an equally vast array of prices. Whatever your budget, you’ll find a great new bed. The last time I shopped there was 12 years ago, and there was a mattress that was a little out of my price range at the time. But I had no idea of the brand name. All I could use was a very general and vague description of the firmness. She knew exactly which Mattress I was talking about. It was a Prana and I am so happy with it. It’s both the softest and firmest bed I’ve ever slept on.
Pedro is the best. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tested and retested several mattresses over multiple visits. Set up quick delivery and takeaway if our old mattress. Effortless and wonderful experience at City Mattress.
Anthony was very informative and answered all her questions. He also made it enjoyable! I like the fact that you can return or exchange the mattress after 30 days just in case.

He helped explain and breakdown the best mattress options that suited out sleep styles and allowed us to test many mattresses without us ever feeling pressured.
